This explainer video, created to provide guidance on the use of a corporate procurement card, was designed to replace a PowerPoint presentation that was difficult to understand and was not effective in providing staff with a clear understanding of policies and procedures. The video, accompanied by the scenario-based check for understanding, provides an engaging experience for viewers and is superior to the previously used PowerPoint.
