P.L.A.Y. is a comprehensive approach to gamified and personalized professional learning. I personally directed the creation and implementation of this program while working as the Curriculum Services Director for the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit.

P.L.A.Y. takes a unique approach to offering a comprehensive, personalized, professional learning solution. 

During the first year of implementation, P.L.A.Y. delivered over 15,000 hours of professional learning to more than 2,000 learners.
